Thomas González Roberts is an astrodynamicist who studies satellite behavior. His research aims to evaluate how well space actors follow the rules that govern the space domain as the number of satellites continues to grow at an accelerated rate. He has briefed his findings to the United Nations, the U.S. Air Force and Congress, among other space decision-making bodies.
